Information Requested
I’m writing on
behalf of the Director of Marketing at the Virginia Museum of Fine
Arts about an upcoming exhibition of early American quilts opening
this October. The exhibition will feature over 40 exquisite quilts that
were created during the age of the early American republic, and will
educate visitors about the lives of the women who created them. Bob
Tarren, our Director of Marketing, is very interested in speaking with
you about various opportunities that could occur between the Richmond
Quilter’s Guild and the VMFA concerning this exhibition. In addition to
wanting to provide your organization with an article for your
newsletter, posters, and other literature about the exhibition, he would
like to speak with someone knowledgeable about quilting in the Richmond
area about other ways to encourage visitation to this exhibition. If you
are willing, we would love your contact information so that Bob can
speak to you directly. Thank you for your help, and we look forward to
hearing from you.
Thank you,
